09.02.10: YOUR MT T-shirts are now for sale in Russia.
TVOE (YOUR) clothes chain stores start selling T-shirts designed by Mumiy Troll, from the 10th of February. The musicians invented the design for the exclusive clothes series, TVOE MT (YOUR MT), during their 2-month tour on selected cities of the USA, Canada and Mexico. The T-shirts are included in the TVOE collection for the spring-summer of 2010.š
Mumiy Troll's music was spreading in different ways: one could buy it through music shops, downloadšfor free from Internet or from special wap-portal, obtain it with a magazine, and, finally, once it was even shot from Bluetooth cannon. This winter Mumiy Troll's music will get even closer to your heart and will be spread with clothes: the CD named “Eto TVOE. Po lubvi' (This is YOURS. By love) will be enclosed to one of the T-shirts of the collection, for the coming St. Valentine's holiday.š
“The most interesting thing about T-shirts is inventing something to draw on it!' – says Ilya Lagutenko. “The band's T-shirt is a present for fans, by definition. But I though we could overcome this frame, present the Maritime spirit of Mumiy Troll and make the product interesting for a wide audience. In case of TVOE, it was a good start not only for the band and TVOE brand, but also for potential customers. I think we will continue the cooperation.'š
“We make it possible to mix and blend various styles,' – says TVOE's managing director, David Wilkinson. “The consumer market moves in this direction. Now everything is aimed towards creating your own, unique style.'š
Mumiy Troll's T-shirt from TVOE shop is comfortable and affordable for both rock star like Ilya Lagutenko and his admirer; it may well fit a clothes selection of a true dandy as well as of a person not used to pay much attention to dressing up. In its music, Mumiy Troll follows the Maritime theme, and it is reflected in TVOE MT T-shirts design. Overall, five drafts created by Mumiy Troll's musicians were realized in the collection.
Related autograph session of Mumiy Troll will be held in TVOE's central shop in Moscow (Okhotny Ryad, ground floor) on the 11th of February at 17:00.
