03.10.08:  Mumiy Troll and Sony Ericsson will release the mumi-phone.

Mumiy Troll and Sony Ericsson are going to release a unique model of a new musical mobile phone Sony Ericsson Walkman W302. This is the first project on the Russian market uniting a leading mobile company and a popular Russian rock-group.

«For Sony Ericsson, it’s the first experience of cooperation with Russian performers», — says Boris Borenko, a business-manager of the company. «We are glad that Mumiy Troll itself takes part in the project. This group is associated with new and unusual things in music, and Sony Ericsson Walkman is unusual as well. W302 is aimed at a very broad audience, so even more people will be able to enjoy Mumiy Troll’s music in every place; the group doesn’t stop amusing its fans for many years, just as Sony Ericsson amuses its buyers.»

Inside Sony Ericsson W302: songs from the new Mumiy Troll’s album, «8», a selection of the group’s hits, video clips and imagery, ring-tones and wallpapers from Mumiy Troll, and even a special video-regard from Ilya Lagutenko. Outside of Sony Ericsson W302: logo and photo of the group will be placed on the phone’s packaging. The body of Sony Ericsson W302 will be released in two versions – black or white.

The Sony Ericsson W302 ad will appear on TV in October. The video will feature new Mumiy Troll’s song, Muzikant (The Musician) from the «8» album. The musicians of Mumiy Troll in the clip impersonated themselves, i.e. they acted as the musicians on the concert.

The exclusive sales of Sony Ericsson W302 will start in October, in Euroset chain-stores. Also, the musicians of Mumiy Troll will held an autograph session in Dvorets Svyazi of Euroset, in October too.
